Refund Options
When a refund is approved, you have two options: (1) To Original Card/Bank: Processed within 3-5 Business Days, or (2) To NXC (Internal Credits): Instant balance top-up to your Nexus Wallet. NXC credits can be used immediately for any purchase in our vault.
Cryptocurrency Exception
CRITICAL: No refunds are provided for payments made via Cryptocurrency. All crypto transactions are final and cannot be reversed. Please ensure you want to proceed before completing a crypto payment.
Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase. To be eligible, your order must not have been completed or delivered. Once a top-up has been applied to your game account or digital service activated, the order is considered consumed and no longer eligible for refund.
How to Request
To request a refund, contact us via Discord or the support page within 72 hours of purchase, providing your Order ID. Our team will review and process eligible requests within 24 hours. Approved refunds are issued according to your selected method (Original Payment or NXC Credits).
Membership Fees
Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. However, if you cancel your membership, you retain access to member benefits until the end of your current billing period.

Regional pricing differences exist across official storefronts worldwide; we purchase through these official channels in bulk and pass the savings directly to our members.
